Refund policy

Due to the fragility of frames, I don’t offer returns. If your order is damaged upon arrival please reach out to me via email at circusfrownshop@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we can discuss refund or replacement options. I can always make it right! <3

Please double check your shipping address at checkout! If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided, you will be responsible for covering the new shipping cost. We don’t offer refunds for orders lost or delayed due to address errors on the buyer’s end.
