Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Due to shipping regulations, I currently can only ship my real specimens and apparel within the United States, but all other items I can ship to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, and United Kingdom :)
I will add more regions in the future!
Q: How are the insects preserved?
A: Each insect is carefully dried, preserved, and sometimes undergo taxidermy. I use permanent adhesive and UV resin to mount them to frame. These pieces will maintain their beauty for a lifetime and beyond if kept in the right conditions.
Q: Can I request a custom frame or insect species?
A: Absolutely! We offer custom orders. Please contact us through our site, custom order form, email, or instagram DM to discuss your request.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless it has already been shipped. Contact us immediately at support@circusfrown.shop
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically 2-7 business days.
Q: How is my order packaged?
A: Orders are securely packaged for protection during transit.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. For orders that contain only stickers or prints, these are so small that I typically use normal untracked postage to keep costs low for you, these arrive within 14 days of order.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the fragility of frames, I don’t offer returns. If your order is damaged upon arrival please reach out to me via email atsupport@circusfrown.shop with photos of the damage and we can discuss refund or replacement options. I can always make it right! <3
Q: How do I care for my insect frame?
A: Avoid direct sunlight, high humidity, or extreme temperatures to preserve the frame and insect. Gently dust with a soft cloth as needed.
Q: Can I open the frame?
A: While you technically can, I would avoid it as opening it may damage the display.
